Pretty slim on the reports this week. If you miss a couple of weeks, don't sweat it. Just jump back in whenever you get back on track or need some support.
I worked out 4 days and saw another one percent percentage weight loss.
Randy worked out six days. And, Morgan mixed in four workouts.

MORE IDYLLIC, LESS TYPICAL
Join me on my road to better fitness. I'll be posting thoughts, successes, challenges I've overcome, and visions of where I'm headed physically.
For me the last two years have been about increasing flexibility to facilitate a better golf swing. I think I'm finally ready to change my shape.
It's wild to say it, but I'm a couple of short years away from the big 40, and I don't want to be looking like I am.
I've never spent a lot of time at the computer at home - that's my excuse for posting so sporatically before, but with the ease of the blogger app on my iphone it's going to be a lot easier to record progress, gain positive strength from my friends, and benefit from project Vin.

Oh yeah seems it was a hard week and this one is not shaping up to be too good either. I did not work out has hard as I should and I ate too much junk. So I paid for it. But keep going on, trying harder, and doing my best. Thanks for the help GQ, keep it up.
ReplyDeleteI think Rhett worked out twice last week. He's been whip tiding to the SOS office this week, but he still needs motivation with his food (that would be you Garth). He say's it's my fault when he makes bad choices because I'm not around to tell him no or give him another option. My motivation is, "That's not going to get you six-pack abs Rhett". Guess it's not working.
